The entrance to the Tierra del Fuego National Park is located 12 km west from Ushuaia, it is the only one with a maritime coast in our country. It has a surface of 63000 hectares, where lengas, guindos, ñires, calafates, notros and many flowers coexist. Walking through this National Park brings us close to Nature, apart from offering multiple panoramic views over the Beagle Channel and allowing us to breathe marine and forest air. We continue the journey very close to the mountains and arrive to Lapataia River. When we cross it, the path becomes meandering and full of vegetation. The final part of the journey near the national route n°3 is where the ancient inhabitans of the area left their testimony.
Before coming back to Ushuaia, we stop in front of Roca Lake, whose colour varies according to the weather conditions, there is also a possibility to enjoy a hot chocolate at the cafeteria
