Itinerary

Day 1: MENDOZA
Transfer IN MDZ Airport to Park Hyatt Hotel Mendoza. Accommodation at Park Hyatt Hotel Mendoza in Park Doble Room.

Day 2: MENDOZA

Breakfast. Bike & Tasting with regional food at Zuccardi excursion (half day, service in private). We will depart from Mendoza City to Mendoza’s agricultural oasis to participate on the program “Bike and. Tasting” at Bodega Familia Zuccardi. There, we will bike ride from the gardens of Casa del Visitante to the vineyards of Finca Beltrán accompanied by a guide. The tour is divided in three stops: Chardonnay, Syrah and Malbec Stop. In each stop you will taste wines of these 3 varieties and learn the characteristics of each of them, our irrigation system and the vineyards trelling system. It includes mountain bike, safety helmet, wine tasting and a selection of assorted cheeses and cold cuts. Later, return to the hotel. Accommodation at Park Hyatt Hotel Mendoza in Park Doble Room.

Day 3: MENDOZA – UCO VALLEY
Breakfast. Transfer from Park Hyatt Hotel Mendoza to Uco Valley. Day at leisure. Accommodation at selected hotel in Uco Valley with breakfast and taxes included.

Day 4: UCO VALLEY
Breakfast. Day at leisure. In the afternoon transfer from Posada Salentein to 7 fuegos Restaurant. Three-step dinner at 7 fuegos Restaurant. Internationally acclaimed chef Francis Mallmann creates inspired regional dishes, showcasing Argentina’s famous beef. From the gardens and the surrounding land, this proudly bring you a natural bounty of local,
seasonal ingredients paired with exceptional Argentine wines. From here, the culinary magic begins! Transfer back to Posada Salentein. Accommodation at selected hotel in Uco Valley with breakfast and taxes included.

Day 5: UCO VALLEY – MENDOZA
Breakfast. Transfer from Posada Salentein to Park Hyatt Hotel Mendoza.
Wine & Food tour excursion (half day, service in private. Lunch included)
We will meet with our host, the wine expert guide who will accompany us throughout the tour. Then start heading for the central agricultural oasis to visit a winery for the selected circuit, touring their facilities and enjoy a tasting of their wines. The guide will teach the different varietals of the region, its processes, and the care, breeding and fractionation of different types of wine. It will also include extensive information on the systems of Vine and irrigation. At noon the second winery visit and participate in a traditional lunch where we will implement the techniques of wine tasting. The guide will explain in detail the importance of the cork in the bottle and the use of glasses for tasting. In the afternoon return to hotel. Accommodation at Park Hyatt Hotel Mendoza in Park Doble Room.

Day 6: MENDOZA
Breakfast. Transfer out from Park Hyatt Hotel Mendoza to MDZ Airport.
