Day 1: SALTA

Rest of the day at leisure to enjoy the city of Salta.

Day 2: SALTA – CAFAYATE

Breakfast at hotel and check out.

Private transfer from Ayres de Salta Hotel to Patios de Cafayate Hotel, with english speaking guide.

On the route from Salta to Cafayate through route 68 traversing the Lerma Valley and its historical towns. We reach Quebrada de las Conchas (the Shell ́s Gorge), where wind and water erosion carved curious shapes on the rocks (The Amphitheater, Devil ́s throat, The Toad, The Castles, among others).

At night, 3 step dinner at Patios de Cafayate hotel, with 1 glass of wine and 1 non alcoholic drink per person.

Day 3: CAFAYATE

Breakfast.

Conference room (for 20 people) from 08.00 to 13.00 hs, with Flipchart, projector and screen, papers and pencils.

Day 4: CAFAYATE

Breakfast.

Visit and wine tasting at El Esteco Winery​ in regular (shared with other people). The Calchaquí Valleys region is probably one of those few places in the world that deserves to be admired, more than understood. The very nature of this location awes the visitor: among the lush vegetation of the Yunga forest, the rivers and rocky mountains, there emerges, unexpectedly, a stretch of desert where magic happens. Standing at an ideal altitude of 1,800 meters (5,500 feet) above sea level, with its ever-present sunshine and perfect temperature range, the environment is perfect for the creation of high-end wines.

Day 5: CAFAYATE – SALTA

Breakfast and check out.

On the way to Salta, stop at Finca Las Margaritas to enjoy a day at the estancia.

Day tour includes: Welcome drink, guided tour through the ranch (you can participate in the activities of the ranch such as cattle herding, vaccinations, animal weighing. Irrigation, plantations, harvesting, tobacco classification among other.), lunch and folk dances.
