DAY 3: SALTA – CAFAYATE

Drive from Salta to Cafayate , we recommend take the Route 68. You will begin in Lerma Valley

crossing tobacco fields and villages of colonial architecture. Entry to the Quebrada del Río Las Conchas where the curious formations eroded by wind and water will be the main attraction: the dunes, the toad, the bishop, the throat of the devil, the castles, the amphitheater, among others.

Arriving in Cafayate, the youngest city of the Valles Calchaquíes recognized at the for the strains of its wines, in particular Torrontés, which can be tasted during visits to its wineries, whether handmade or industrial.
